With On the Beach, it is easy to amend any existing bookings that you have in place. As it is an online travel agency, there’s no need to travel to your nearest branch or spend your entire day on hold, just simply log-in to the website and amend away.
Once you have logged into your bookings page, you will see a page listing your past and present bookings. Select the one you need to amend and you will be taken to this page.
There are a number of options available here for you to choose from.
Use this option if you wish to add suitcases to your booking, purchase travel insurance, book your transfers, arrange car hire, organise in resort excursions, book airport hotels or parking or arrange to use an airport lounge.
Making a change
On the Beach knows that sometimes you may need to make changes to your booking. Using this option you will be able to add or change passengers, remove them from the booking, request to change your hotel, change the dates of your holiday or cancel it completely should you need to.
Request medical assistance
Use this option if you wish to inform the travel companies’ in charge of your booking that you require wheelchair assistance at the airport, your transfer or the hotel. Also use this option if you require medical assistance, such as the provision of certain equipment on board your flight.
On this section of the booking page, you can view important information related to your booking such as passport & visa advice, more detailed information on any inoculations that you may require and information on how to contact On the Beach in resort. You can also view the Terms of Business in relation to your booking to make sure that you have read and agreed to them.
